Starting Phoenix with Vinay was hands-down the best decision I've ever made in terms of my health. Working with Vin has been a great experience, and we are well on our way to achieving (and likely exceeding) my original goals. In the first 6 weeks I lost 9lbs and nearly 5% body fat, and using an extra notch on my belts. Perhaps more importantly, Vin has helped me become more consistent in my approach to eating and training - I’m feeling great and kicking ass. All of this progress was made with a cross-country travel schedule each week and lots of time on planes and in hotels, while maintaining long hours at the office. Vin has helped me to re-learn how to take care of myself and I’m looking forward to breaking through my goals and setting new ones soon!
